**UPDATE**As of late this year 2009 we have decided to re~breed our "Lavender Project Orpingtons" back to a new line of Exhibition Black orpingtons..**This means eggs, chicks will no longer be available until late summer of 2010**, things should look alot better size wise along with conformation after this re-cross back against a new line of black orpingtons, genetic diversity should be Just splendid as well.

Hi and welcome to Our  Lavender Orpington project Page. These are the very first USA Project Lavender Orpingtons being developed and seen in the USA as of today.

Many have now begun their very own projects as well from their start with our lavender gene via eggs or split pairs, chicks and many many started Lavender cockerels. Some of our lavender project birds, chicks are known to carry the mottling gene so please be aware of this, check out our Jubilee and mottled page.

We wish them all the very best in their progress with their projects as well.

**Still Much work ahead in the future for these birds**
